Cotton double gauze is a dream fabric for summertime! Made up of two layers of airy cotton gauze that are woven together, this fabric is soft, breathable, and wonderfully comfortable. Do you know about our washout sashiko fabric? This deep blue quilting-weight cotton is printed with traditional sashiko motifs. Stitch this fabric with your favorite thread colors, and then gently launder it to remove the printed lines. Because we sell this fabric by the yard, you can buy as little (or as much!) as you need for your project. It’s as perfect for decorative patches as it is for bags, garments, home dec, and more! P.S. To achieve the best possible result with your washout sashiko, you’ll definitely want to take note of this fabric’s special handling instructions!
