A 6–8-wale corduroy is sturdy and substantial, ideal for pants like Rika and outerwear like the Thayer Jacket. Pinwale corduroy is at the other end of the spectrum—with 16–21 wale per inch, it is soft and lightweight with a gentle drape. We love pinwale corduroy for layering pieces like the Noa Pinafore or a cute Nell Dress for all seasons.

These designer deadstock fabrics are lightweight and tightly woven, with a beautiful brushed texture on both sides—a refined take on standard cotton flannel.
