The Throwback Dress is a vintage-inspired design that’s deceptively simple to make, and even easier to wear. This garment has a scoop neck, A-line silhouette and bell sleeves, and is the same front-to-back, making this dress reversible.
Add a full lining and it can become inside-out reversible as well! Optional pockets in the side seams are deep enough for modern smartphones. Retro with practicality!
This pattern has a choose-your-own-adventure format for the sewing instructions. I give you several different ways to finish your neckline + hems, how to add a full lining, and how to add side seam pockets. All instructions are written as beginner-friendly as I can possibly be!
