Our bra cup foam is a non-itchy, lightweight, poly-laminate foam. It is very easy to sew the foam together to make bra or swimwear cup. The foam is finished on both sides with a chlorine resistant soft polyester knit. Customers use the foam for swimsuits, bikini tops, swim cups, bra cups, and padded straps.

The bra cup foam is made from 100% polyester and is 28-30″ (71-75 cm) wide.  It is about 1/8″ thick. The foam does have some mechanical give in the crosswise direction.
