Seersucker is a lightweight fabric with a crimped texture, which gives it very slight stretch and a bouncy feel. It works well for garments that call for light to medium woven fabrics, such as dresses, shirts, skirts, and more.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
