This lovely yarn-dyed fabric has the texture of linen combined with the smooth drape of rayon. It has a smooth hand and will soften further with washing. This fabric is not fully opaque, so you may prefer to add a lining depending on the garment. It works well for all kinds of garments, such as tops, pants, lined dresses and skirts, and more.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
