This deadstock shirting has a super soft, smooth hand and flexible drape. The slight stretch will add comfort to close-fitting garments. It is opaque and would make beautiful tops, dresses, skirts, and more. Because it is so smooth, it could also be used for a lining.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
