This lightweight designer deadstock boucle tweed has an airy hand and a textured open weave featuring black, metallic silver, and metallic bronze threads. It has a voluminous drape and is fairly sheer, so may require a lining depending on the garment. This fabric is perfect for jackets and lined skirts or dresses.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
