Corozo buttons are made from the seeds of the tagua palm tree. They are often called “vegetable ivory” because the smooth, hard surface resembles ivory. Because these buttons are made from a natural material, there may be visible grain patterns and variations.  These buttons have a smooth, flat face and back.
