This detailed motif has been hand-printed in blue ink on a beautiful, lightweight, airy, and slightly-sheer cotton fabric. This fabric would be great for blouses, dresses, scarves, and gorgeous curtains.
These block-printed fabrics are created by carving a design into a wooden block, dipping it into dye, and stamping the block on plain fabric. This is repeated for each color of the print. Due to the detailed artisanal work of this handcraft there are slight variations in the print.
