This Indian import features a detailed paisley motif that has been hand printed onto cotton. This fabric is lightweight and tightly woven, making it fairly opaque. It has a soft hand, a crisp drape and features a paisley motif border on one selvedge. This fabric is perfect for tops, dresses, skirts, lightweight pants, and more!
These block-printed fabrics are created by carving a design into a wooden block, dipping it into dye, and stamping the block on plain fabric. This is repeated for each color of the print. Due to the detailed artisanal work of this handcraft there are slight variations in the print.
