This medium-weight deadstock jacquard knit has a wonderful crinkle-texture pattern that reminds us of an animal print. It is fabricated with two thin layers tacked together: the top layer is jacquard, and the bottom layer is a ribbed, black jersey. This fabric is really fun and unusual, and would be perfect for tops, dresses, jackets, pants, costumes, and more!
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
