This heavyweight deadstock wool-blend coating has a plush hand and a beautiful, sculptural drape. It is fully opaque and is the perfect choice for coats, jackets, capes, and skirts. If you are sensitive to wool’s texture, you may prefer to add a lining to garments that directly touch the skin.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
