This deadstock cotton muslin has a crisp hand and a structured drape. It’s lightweight and great for pattern making, sewing a sample/test garment before using expensive fabrics, or for utility purposes. This fabric is a natural cream color with tiny flecks of brown.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
