ByAnnie’s Soft and Stable was developed for use in place of batting or other stabilizers in purses, bags, totes and more. This foam is easy to sew and gives bags a wonderful body and stability. Fabric can be quilted to the Soft and Stable or just sewn around the edges of the pieces — no need to quilt every 2 to 4″ as you might have to do with batting.
