This deadstock rayon challis has a soft hand and a good stretch. It is has a fluid drape and is mostly opaque, except when stretched—because of this, you may prefer to add a lining to your garment. This fabric would make beautiful blouses, dresses, skirts, and more.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
