This heavyweight deadstock wool coating is two layers of yarn-dyed melton woven together, creating a double-sided fabric. The face features a black, turquoise, and ivory plaid pattern, while the back is a solid turquoise. It has a plush, brushed, and soft hand with a flexible drape. This fabric would make a beautiful coats, jackets, and more.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
