This heavy designer deadstock wool coating has a soft hand and a chunky herringbone weave. Both face and wrong side of this fabric could be used depending on the look you want. It has a substantial drape and would make a perfect winter coat or jacket.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
