This lightweight silk/cotton voile has a lovely, soft hand and an airy drape. It is mostly sheer and would likely need to be lined, depending on the garment. It would make beautiful blouses or lined dresses and skirts. It would also work well as a lining for other garments.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
