This medium/heavyweight deadstock viscose jersey features a textured face, a smooth back, and a beautiful heavy, slinky drape. It has great stretch and recovery and its cut edges don’t curl, making it easy to cut and sew. This fabric is mostly opaque and is perfect for knit tops, dresses, drapey cardigans, and more.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
