This unique, quilted fabric has a quilting cotton face with a polyester back. The two layers are stitched sandwiching a lightweight foam layer, giving the fabric a puffy, quilted feel. The fabric has a soft, plush hand and a super-structured, flexible drape. This fabric is fully opaque and is perfect for home dec, bags, jackets, and more.
