This incredibly lightweight and sheer deadstock silk/cotton blend features a smooth hand and an incredibly airy drape. This fabric is perfect for scarves, lined tops, and dresses. It is sheer and may require a lining depending on the garment—silk habotai would be a great choice. The print repeats every 21 inches.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
