This medium weight deadstock wool tweed has a soft drape and a smooth hand. It is woven with a herringbone pattern, as well as an orange and blue plaid. This fabric is fully opaque, and would be perfect for skirts, dresses, pants, blazers and jackets.
Wondering what “deadstock” means? Deadstock fabrics are left over from garment factories and textile mills. Instead of ending up in a landfill, this fabric comes to us! It can be a more sustainable option than newly manufactured fabrics and it’s a great way to get interesting garment fabrics (sometimes even designer pieces!).
